We do try to keep stock available for the products we sell. If an item shows as 'in stock' and offers an 'Add to Basket', then you can be rest assured we have that product available and ready for a quick dispatch. We're not like the majority of other suppliers who accept your order and then rely on third-party supply chains. We manufacture the equipment and have our own warehouse, so personally manage each step of the ordering process from start to finish.

"Out of stock" usually means we're currently manufacturing the product and will have it available shortly. Our hand-crafted coffee machines take time to carefully produce to ensure your full satisfaction. As a result, these coffee machines can sometimes be out of stock – but only for a few days. You can always contact us and we can let you know when the next models are due to be finished. As one of the only British pro-sumer coffee machine manufacturers we also supply a range of grinders and accessories and have regular deliveries from our suppliers.
